Our Story
Hello! I'm Ryder Haize, the founder of Good Neighbors Exterior Solutions. I started this company because I saw too many of my neighbors in Rochester facing the same problem – an aging roof and a dread of paying for a full replacement. With 10+ years in the roofing and exterior cleaning industry, I knew there had to be a better solution for homeowners.
In 2020, I discovered roof rejuvenation technology and was immediately impressed. It was a game-changer: a way to extend roof life, save money, and reduce waste
I brought this technology home to Minnesota and began helping friends and neighbors revive their roofs instead of replacing them. The results were fantastic – and word spread quickly. Today, we’ve rejuvenated over 400 roofs across Southern Minnesota, saving homeowners hundreds of thousands of dollars collectively.
Our name, “Good Neighbors”, reflects how we do business. We’re a small, family-run team born and raised here in Minnesota. When you hire us, you’re not just a customer – you’re a neighbor.
